Baton New Brunswick hosted is annual provincial open on the weekend with the following athletes enjoying strong performances. The New Brunswick Baton Twirling championship meet was held this past weekend at the Université de Moncton with the top five athletes in each category recognized on the podium. Additionally, the top five qualified for the Canadian Championship to be held in Oshawa, Ontario from July 1 to 5.

There were New Brunswick athletes from Baton Atlantik (Southeast Moncton and area); Les Étincelles (Neguac) and Baton Explosion (Saint John).
